Illinois expected to change the word ‘prostitute’ to ‘person engaged in the sex trade’ in state laws – CWB Chicago

The bill changes existing laws’ references to “juvenile prostitution” to “commercial sexual exploitation of a child.” On top of that change, the term “juvenile prostitute” in existing law will be replaced with “sexually exploited child,” and the word “prostitute” when referring to adults will be replaced with “person engaged in the sex trade.”

Ok then. In exchange for this attempt to define deviancy down, I propose that the term ‘Illinois State Representative’ be changed to ‘Complete and Utter Imbecile’, and the term ‘Illinois State Senator’ be changed to ‘Craven Lunatic and Pervert’.

These “traders” should first pay taxes and FICA for their newly granted societal status and frequent customers should withhold and remit. In our newly awakened world, people can’t just be takers!

The real reason Illinois politicians have made this change is they are tired of the old joke, “What is the difference between an Illinois politician and a prostitute? There are some things a prostitute will not do for money.”

Illinois should just legalize it. Then they would run all the businesses traditionally run by the mafia. They already have liquor, gambling and drugs. Why not add hookers? They will then officially be the criminal organization they have always aspired to be.

Sure, let’s get real on that issue! People are going to do what they optionally want to do anyway as history tell us repeatedly. Recognize its usual consequences and plan for them. Then, make it legal and a new source of tax revenue.

Yeah! And while we’re at it, let’s set up a pension fund for the hook.., er, “sex trade workers “ and a taxpayer funded scheme for the subsequent treatment of venereal diseases.

Absolute preparation for legalizing the sex trade.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
