Illinois General Assembly still hasn’t revealed budget ahead of deadline – Center Square

State Rep. Daniel Didech said the majority party is doing what it's done the past seven years. “It's the same process that's produced six consecutive balanced budgets,” Didech said. “It's the same process that's earned our state nine credit rating upgrades.”

Illinois hasn’t balanced its budgets for two decades.

If Didech could actually read, he would see that Moody’s cited the inflation exacerbating Grifter Joe Coof slush funds as the reason for the credit upgrades. That’s not policy, that’s kicking the can with Uncle Fed’s boot.

Dan, the days of Uncle Fed bailing out the ‘Hold My Beer’ contingent of the Illinois Democrats are over.

“It’s the same process that’s produced six consecutive balanced budgets.” Spoken like a true Dem. Can anyone with a straight face say these are balanced budgets?
