Illinois GOP files suit claiming Chicago ballot envelopes are improperly marked – Center Square

Cook County State’s Attorney candidate Bob Fioretti said mail-in voters in Chicago are asked to declare their political party on envelopes used to mail the ballots, in violation of the Election Code. According the the complaint, “No part of the Code provides for the inclusion of any space for party designation of the political party of the voter.”

As if the voters know this: voters are not expected to fill out this line”. Like every other government form known to mankind, you have to fill out every line or the whole form is tossed.

Political party put on the outside of envelope so the Dems know what envelopes to discard. If Republican voters what their vote counted, mark “Democrat” on outer envelope no matter what your party affiliation is.

Obvious election fraud from the Chicago Democrats. Whoops. Those envelopes weren’t meant to have that box printed on the outside. Sorry, our bad. Golly, whatever happened to that stack of mail in ballots with envelopes were marked “Republican”? We cant seem to find them.
