Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker tries to turn Biden’s age into an asset – NBC News

“I’ve thought a lot about why people care so much about age in this coming election, and I want to talk to you about it,” Pritzker said. “We need to stop dismissing concerns about the physical age of a candidate, especially when that concern comes from a young person. Instead, what people are afraid of is the age of the candidates’ ideas.”

Folks, there’s a reason old ladies don’t win beauty contests and the same logic applies to Biden too.

Ya know what JB it’s time to clear out the worlds largest senior center, Washington. And yes I’m a senior and I know my limitations.

JB can stop with the jedi mind tricks. The majority of the country are concerned about Dementia Joe’s age for a good reason. He’s simply too old and feeble! The guy is a train wreck in living color, day after day. This is nothing more than a glaring case of elder abuse at this point. The massive Pritzker ego is such that he actually believes people care what he says. He will change nobody’s opinion on this issue. In the time it took to type this post Biden just loaded another diaper.

Did JB compare the events going on now all around the world and what was going on during the previous administration? There were no wars/little if any inflation/low interest rates/border problems were somewhat under control/good stock market. There was Covid and the draconian response of lockdowns. Now everyone I talk to seems dumbfounded on how fast things went downhill and getting worse. Did not even mention crime/carjackings/shoplifting and lack of incarceration. Only to get worse.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
