That’s according to Kinsa Health, a company that collects about 40,000 temperature readings a day via its smart thermometers. As noted recently by the New York Times, the company can track the flu faster than the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. To be precise, 9.14 percent of Illinoisans have flu-like symptoms.
