Gov. JB Pritzker is joining three other Democratic governors to urge the country’s largest electricity company to plan for more zero-carbon power as demand goes up. Pritzker’s goal is to have 1 million electric vehicles on Illinois roads by the year 2030, an ambitious plan considering the charging infrastructure is not close to being able to handle that many electric vehicles.
There is zero chance that Illinois will have 1,000,000 EVs on the road by 2030. Why should anyone waste their money on overpriced electric garbage. Especially when Governor Carnival Barker has a gigantic carbon footprint. Rules for thee but not for me! It’s the Pritzker way of life.
Gov. Pritzker’s speedboats among most expensive on Geneva Lake – July 2, 2019 When Gov. J.B. Pritzker was caught speeding on Geneva Lake in Wisconsin last month, he was driving a sleek, custom-built wooden speedboat that’s among the most expensive on the lake. At 8:30 p.m. on June 7, the Geneva Lake Law Enforcement Agency issued Pritzker a warning for traveling 11 to 15 mph over the speed limit, according to Tom Hausner, commander of the agency. Pritzker was traveling on Williams Bay at 41 mph, Pritzker’s spokeswoman Jordan Abudayyeh told the Tribune last week. Boats on Geneva Lake are… Read more »
Fed did that at some places and the cars are unused. No money and no charging stations, it certainly cut emissions and a whole lot of work now not getting done.
EV’S are terrible……batteries blow without notice, start on fire, bad mileage, long charge time, don’t go far on a charge especially in winter………..THEY S*ck ……much like this administration!! They damage the streets also cause of the weight!
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

Lofty goal, JB.
Lead by example and replace the state’s fleets with electric vehicles.
If it’s good enough for citizens it should be good enough for the state/county, right?

Another bust out like obummers solendra…….
Hopefully he’ll be gone long before then and people can get back to common sense!
