The constitution states only US citizens can vote. Since when does proving citizenship and an ID proving who you are and where you live violate the constitution? Not requiring proof enables voting fraud.

Since when did the constitution state “only US citizens can vote”? I am all for voter ID and citizenship to vote but the constitution doesn’t require it.
