Illinois judge rejects Texas legislature lawsuit over absconding Dems – Center Square

Judge Scott Larson said in a Wednesday ruling that Paxton had “failed to present a legal basis for the court to obtain subject matter jurisdiction over this cause of action, this court is without jurisdiction to grant petitioner’s emergency motion to rule on pleadings.

Of course the IL judge dismissed the case. IL judges bought and paid for by the IL Democrats.

Trying to get an anti- Dem judgement in an IL court is akin to pissing up a rope and expecting to not get wet.
