With the Democratic-controlled legislature reconvening Tuesday for its scheduled six-day fall session, House Speaker Emanuel “Chris” Welch said lawmakers will explore whether the state can restrict U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and other immigration agency personnel from taking people into custody at sensitive facilities such as hospitals and courthouses, among other measures.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Of course Dems are protecting illegal voters, instead of protecting US citizens.
And like a dog with a bone, the Dems “ circle back “ to tearing down the wall. It seems that they are adverse to barriers keeping lawbreakers out.
