Illinois lawmakers meet to discuss hate crimes – Center Square

"With the SAFE-T Act and the Pre Trial Fairness Act, it appears to me that the offense of hate crime is not a detainable offense through trial," state Rep. Patrick Windhorst said. "If an individual is arrested for a hate crime, they will be released within 48 hours."

Is this a slam on WP or are you claiming POC are never charged with a hate crime?

Maybe you need to start reading stuff from other sources. Maybe CNN? Maybe try this online tool called google?
