I thought that Illinois’ State nut was the Woke Leftist?

The black walnut tree and the shells of black walnuts are poisonous and toxic. Many plants are unable to grow near black walnut trees because the tree releases toxins in the soil; and wildlife and children, especially horses, can get poisoned by touching or eating the husks of the black walnut shell.

Perfect nut for Illinois!

I nominate JB Pritzker as the official state nut, and recommend he be committed immediately.
