Two lawmakers from both sides of the aisle — State Rep. La Shawn K. Ford and State Rep. Dan Ugaste — came up with different legislation. Both said they would be interested in combining their proposals down the road.
IL Democrats will only allow this when they see Republicans gaining a majority and statewide offices. It will be their last gasp bit of legislation. Until then they all about protecting corrupt Democrat incumbents. Allowing the citizenry to choose in an election is not an element of IL Democrat tyranny.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
