I’ll wager that it’s rather crowded with “ dreamers “, “ sparks of divinity “ and “ people seeking a better life “ right now.
Legalization was driven by an insatiable need for tax revenue. Ok, fine. But what about establishing criteria for levels of impairment and having roadside tests for the police to use akin to breathalyzers for drunk drivers? Not a day goes by I don’t smell pot wafting out of cars in traffic. Plenty of thought on taxation, none about impaired driving.

Yes, such a tremendous thing this “emerging” industry is! We just can’t celebrate enough all the people getting wasted! What a hero JB is. He doesn’t know what to celebrate more. Should it be drug usage? Or maybe all those people addicted to gambling? Or how about all those dead babies? Such a great man!
