If this doesn’t tell you what the demofilth think of you, nothing will. In the summer of Floyd, many riots, lots of violence and countless break ins and thefts. No national guard because it was mostly peaceful and there was nothing the deofilth cared to protect. After all, it was just you slaves. Now they have something to protect. Their national image and power. That’s worth protecting, not you deplorables. Do any of you Chicagoans/Illinoisans have any self respect?

Elite Dem Pols have no problem bringing the NG in to protect themselves, but you residents and taxpayers, nah, you’re on your own.

Professional Palestinian activists are gearing up for their big moment at the Democratic National Convention, with a warm-up march down Michigan Avenue on Sunday. The Secret Service is on high alert, presumably bringing in their A-team for this one. Meanwhile, Gov. Pritzker has 250 Illinois National Guard military police on standby, and the U.S. Coast Guard is patrolling the lake—just in case there’s a surprise naval invasion. Looks like it’s going to be an eventful week!

It’s not all bad lol. My office is near one of the “peaceful protests” so I walked down to see what all the fuss is about. Pretty sad bunch of hippies and commies TBH. The guy from The Chicago Contrarian was there handing out pamphlets. Not sure his, shall we say, message got through to anyone there but oh well.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
