The state’s existing buyout program for its own pensions is the precedent for Chicago, which should be a warning: Look out for similar exaggerated claims and shoddy analysis.
By far, one of the stupidest “laws” ever conceived. Please, can we please vote these people out of office so grown ups can use some common sense.
