Afscme, mendoza, mautino fought like crazy to get rid of/ discredit rauners attempts to countract out medicaid billing (to m. Shepell), audits, updating antiquated computer systems, etc,, but now want to blame everything on rauner sa usual. Who knows who to believe? But other states have outscourced many of these services. Maybe they can call in dorthy brown to strengthen things out!!
