The bill, headed to the desk of Gov. J.B. Pritzker, specifies that businesses seeking marijuana licenses with the state must be given credit for demonstrating “a plan of action” to “engage in fair labor practices, and provide worker protections.”
Maybe the next requirement will be that pot users must be union members and pay monthly dues!! Then they would qualify for a marijuana pension. Why not? It is the Illinois way.
