Of course! Being poor in IL sucks. You live in cockroach infested apartment buildings in areas with high crime and you pay through the nose in taxes.
Unless.. you sit at home all days partying and someone else pays for your rental, food, utilities and the kids you don’t really care about’s schooling. IL is a righteous place to be for the welfare crowd!
