Since when did everything become a human right? Just wait until free healthcare is a humaam right and entire towns line up at the hospital demanding that right. If it’s a human right the hospital must fulfill it, they can’t ration it, that would be denial of a right. A hospital would need 20,000 doctors or more. Would those doctors be enslaved to provide that right to everyone, denying them their own rights? When the govt declares anything a right and free they better be ready to enslave masses of others talented enough as resources for the onflood of folks… Read more »

What will happen is that the government will next tell us what is unacceptable or unhealthy. You want that knee operation you better lose 30 lbs first and quit smoking. You want treatment for depression due to a recent tragedy, you better not own a firearm.

What a business friendly law! And by business, I mean plaintiffs law firms that contribute heavily to Democrat candidates! This bill is great for business! For the legal community! For really horrible for every other small business with only a handful of employees that now have to worry about frivolous lawsuits. one more reason not to operate a business in this state.
