Illinois State Senator Melinda Bush resigns – ABC7 (Chicago)

The announcement said the suburban state senator submitted an effective letter of resignation Monday, effective on Dec. 31, 2022. By law, the vacancy must be filled within 30 days and must be a Democrat.

Well, that clears up the mystery of her resignation: corruption.

Illinois needs more crooks outed and prosecuted.

Not true. Do a better job with your research. Otherwise all media outlets would’ve covered this complaint. A formal investigation is required with all complaints made against public officials.

No one else is saying why. Not even a hint or mention. It’s Illinois, everyone knows who controls the media, so unless it’s something to bash the (R) or praise the (D), it’s not news worthy.
