Maybe this would improve if the state of Illinois patronage workers would finally come to work. They have been off for a year now. No work being done in major agencies including the attorney general, workers comp commission, Secretary of State, borates or ethics and others.
I know for a fact that legitimate claims are being denied too as they purge for fraud. This is a scandal, a true scandal, that no one wants to hold fat boy accountable for.
Incompetent burnouts just holding on until they can collect their pensions. Likely old and computer illiterate with compensation commensurate with their seniority, leaving no budget to hire people who could fix this. If the Nigerian fraudsters can find the ‘data breach’ personal info on the ‘dark web’, then why can’t law enforcement?
