Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. The state’s existing buyout program for its own pensions is the precedent for Chicago, which should be a warning: Look out for similar exaggerated claims and shoddy analysis.

The teachers sitting in on this training who didnt get up and walk out within the first 5 minutes are complete morons. To listen to somebody berate you on a personal basis for anything or everything you do and not take steps to stop it just isnt right. This whole race issue bs is totally out of control and wont end until every black person out there gets to own 2 or 3 white people and put dog collars on them.
Because nobody has any courage anymore to be a free individual. The teachers that stayed at the meeting will also wear a mask till the day they die if government told them to. I’m not shocked at all that teachers stayed to listen to that drivel, it was words from government so it must be true. Non compliance is considered sociopathic to those who lost the courage to be free or question government.

What all this crtl traning bs is going to come down to is to pay teachers & staff to take a couple days off a year on the taxpayers dime to supposedly attend crtl training or watch some you-tube videos at home..time to grab your ankles a little longer and pay up!!
Naperville CUSD 203 received Culturally Responsive Teaching and Leading Standardsish in-service training from a paid consultant. Flashback. The ISBE said the recently approved ISBE CRTL standards do not apply to the Pre-K – 12th grade schools (even though the Illinois Register section on the proposed CRTL standards referenced in-service training). In-service training is the training of teachers, administrators, and school support personnel in the Pre-K – 12th grade schools.
