Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. Just more taxpayer money wasting virtue signaling by Illinois Democrats. Pointless virtue signaling is their only skill. This and the assault weapons ban will ultimately be shot down by the supreme court like a clay pigeon. Maybe Kwaumie and JB can spend their time usefully to focus on the corruption within their own party and among their beloved government employees. You dont need to be a lawyer to understand the language of the 2nd Amendment.
“Shall Not Be Infringed”. It is a pity that Mr. Bob Berlin was part of this violation of the people’s second amendment right to protect and defend themselves and their loved ones under any circumstances. Gun Laws protect the Criminals and make the citizens vulnerable to harm.
Well stated!! Once again it will get bounced to a location for a favorable outcome by the governor’s bought and paid for judges . Waiting for the ruling next month on the so called “ assault weapons” ban from the downstate judge (who already deemed it unconstitutional already) but had his ruling overturned by another set of paid for judges.
Big circle jerk until the Supreme Court steps in
It all comes down to what president appointed the judge.
