This is Illinois today. The entire Chicago and surrounding area just loves illegals.
Id like a refund and then legal prosecution for harboring,aiding and abetting criminal aliens.

JB states repeatedly “all Illinoisan want this”. He’s wrong- no we don’t! Vote him out. But we will have to clean up voter fraud, because Dems don’t want voter rolls cleaned up. IL could do what Wi does, but they won’t.
Apparently part of this money went for undocumented people to obtain legal advice. Noncitizens, even if undocumented, are entitled to due process. This discussion, predating the current madness, is relevant.
Undocumented? What Pravda garbage. They are CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIENS. Anything else is Orwellian Newspeak.
JB should make up the 3.2 Billion from his own wealth since he is responsible for the debt.
