Foxx was/is a complete disaster but would O’Neill have beaten her had Foxx run? Not confident there’d have been enough democrats to vote against Preckwinkle’s darling. How much talent did Foxx run off in that office and can O’Neill rebuild it? Can O’Neill gain the trust of the police? Hope so.
