ISBE issues new guidance to schools for remote learning – Center Square

The Illinois State Board of Education is preparing schools for the possibility of closures due to COVID-19 outbreaks and high quarantine numbers. The state health department has identified more two dozen schools with COVID-19 outbreaks.

“Outbreak is defined by at least five cases.”

So a school with say 100 cases in a student body of 2,600 has less than 4% infected. Every kid will recover. Let’s shut down the school?

Wait, I thought the jabs worked? Are we still mandating them for teachers and admin? If they work, why are we still shutting down schools with an arbitrarily low one size fits all case counts?

The only way out of this cycle is to remove these psychopaths from their positions, which includes the politicized ISBE. Seeking justice through the courts isn’t feasible in IL.
