This action might encourage some parents to find alternatives to those indoctrination centers. Health issues are serious and should never be politicized. When a certified vaccination id badge becomes mandatory to attend schools (which are not allow to ask immigration status of those enrolling), we should remember that there is no end to totalitarian appetite for control and power. It is ironic how the left has always scapegoated conservatives as being anti-education; but look how quickly the left shut down all K-12 and higher-ed indoctrination centers, all while trashing the very concepts of meritocracy, math, science, history, literature, the arts… Read more »

Didn’t the star emblems in 1930-40s Germany have a yellow color? Just askin for a friend.

It’s just plain ludicrous to even think this let alone try and implement it, better stand up for your rights folks.

The only question now is whether Americans will meekly allow Nazis to take complete control, as the Germans did in the 1930’s.

The Nazis only have control in DC and blue states. The red states I’ve been to since coronavirus are free and won’t be returning to serfdom anytime soon.

I hope you are right. But I’m afraid Nazis 2.0 learned a lesson from the Berlin Wall. They will not allow an Easy Germany/West Germany situation this time. They will do everything they can to destroy the red states too.

The unions will never go along with this. Even the postal union issued this statement:

Maintaining the health and safety of our members is of paramount importance. While the APWU leadership continues to encourage postal workers to voluntarily get vaccinated, it is not the role of the federal government to mandate vaccinations for the employees we represent.

Issues related to vaccinations and testing for COVID-19 in the workplace must be negotiated with the APWU. At this time the APWU opposes the mandating of COVID-19 vaccinations in relation to U.S. postal workers.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
