A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Unfortunately one or more of these thugs, criminals, whatever you want to call them will come across the wrong individual individuals and get there damn heads blown off. Then watch the sh-t hit the fan in Chicago again.
Yes. This is what happens when the police are castrated and handcuffed by a perverted ‘justice’ system. Car owners with concealed carry permits will protect themselves and the criminals will justly and finally receive consequences. I expect to see self-protection shootings on public transit soon as well. The Kim Foxx’s of the world don’t comprehend this but It will discourage crime.
There is a spike in carjackings and other crimes because there are no consequences. The greatest threat that the carjackers face is someone with a concealed carry gun permit. This is all on Kim Foxx.
Come on, guys. They’re only doing this because they need a car to drive to the store to buy bread to feed their families. They don’t feel comfortable taking public transportation so they have ‘equity’ in your car instead. They’re just trying to feed their hungry families.

The new crime bill by the Demoncrats will make Chicago and Illinois a new “Destination” place for criminals. There’s no downside, simply get out on free bail than don’t show up for your trial and leave to other placees.
Less destination, and more home rule. Criminals finally control the streets where they live.

There is a young man from Prince Georges County Maryland name Dwayne Betts who was arrested and convicted for an armed carjacking at age 16 in Virginia. He received 9 years in prison because cajacking is an offense certifiable for juvenile suspects to be tried as adults. He is now at Yale Law School, and one gets a sense that 9 years in prison wasn’t exactly the best outcome for him in terms of rehabilitation. Yes, it did help him get into Yale. But credit to him to obtaining a Maryland degree. What I find ironic is that Howard accepted him, then rescinded when Howard discovered his criminal record. Like most leftist institutions, Howard preaches extreme tolerance until reality visits them. Politicians write off the violence in Chicago as the antics of gangbangers in bad neighborhoods. But once the crime impacts where they live, we’ll, that will create a different response than the ones they offer now.
