To put this in perspective, Deere has over 80,000 employees worldwide.
The Deere family gave up controlling interests in the company back in the 80’s. Right now John Deere, the founder, is spinning in his grave watching as his company, his idea, his innovation is being destroyed.
I think this is a payback fu from Deere and Company to the union.
I think you are wrong, it’s the economy, especially farm profits this year.
