A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

Do not forget the 1986 democratic nominees that upset the apple cart and won the primaries for the offices of lt govenor and sec of state. These two heroes showed that victory was possible by grassroots education on solutions. Apparently IL is a one party state as Jim Edgar responded by putting Mark Fairchild and Janice Hart in jail.
