You assign far too much credit to the cretins who vandalize public property. Few of them know anything about the individuals depicted in these statues. That’s why they deface statues of abolitionists and those who fought for equal rights. Just as conservative press tries to tie in black hoodlums who assault Orthodox Jews in Brooklyn with some “leftist” ideology. They’re just restless, jealous, and looking for a weak victim to pound on. Does Antifa have a website?
