John Kass: Time To Recall Kim Foxx, For Jussie Smollett, And More

"Recall her for being more of a public defender/social justice warrior than a prosecutor enforcing the law and protecting the people from violent predators. Recall her for her poorly thought-out virtue signaling policies that reduced the population of the jail to the applause of the hard political left."

“Affirmative Action” as reality check, at it’s worst, as exemplified by both these venal women. On basis of genuine merit, both these women’s academic prospects, their career prospects, and their political “celebrity-status” prospects, would be nil.

If Kimm Foxx wants to effect change for “social justice” she is doing it from the wrong seat. It is totally inappropriate for a prosecutor to decline to uphold the laws on the books for “social justice”. By doing so she is de facto rewriting the laws herself. She should be a legislator if she wants “social justice” not a prosecutor. High time to impeach and remove for violating her oath.

A vote to recall Foxx would be the best way to finally get that lazy useless turd out of office.

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
