John Kass: Trump plays in the sewer. Why did Lori Lightfoot jump right in with him? – Chicago Tribune

"I like Lori and supported her campaign in this column. And the witless will applaud her. But someone should whisper to her — if they dare — that she’s really not some tough-talking fictional character like Tugboat Annie or Yara Greyjoy from “Game of Thrones.” She’s mayor of Chicago. And when she rolls in the mud, she coarsens herself and demeans her office, as Trump has done."

The President is not one iota responsible for any of this rioting and anti-American violence that is ripping apart the Democratic Party strongholds of this country. The Democratic Party is.   Democrats run both the State of Minnesota and Minneapolis, the city where all this started. Kass, try not to be a useful idiot.

As blunt as Trump is he’s never had to resort to base expletives to make his point.
