Johnson insists he’s not at odds with state, county over migrant funding – WBBM (Chicago)

“If anybody questions my commitment — I’ll say it like this: I don’t believe anybody in Chicago is questioning my commitment to this mission,” Mayor Brandon Johnson said. The mayor said evaluating the city’s full commitment of money and resources to the migrant crisis before deciding what to do next is smart leadership.

I saw his response. I don’t think it was as bad as everyone is making it out to be. He’s taking A LOT of heat right now for spending money on migrants instead of black folx. JB tried to pin him down on spending more money but he wouldn’t commit. JB the bald face liar is now trying to throw him under the bus and he wasn’t going to let himself be thrown under the bus.
