Highly unlikely, unless Tiffany Henyard is a transgender, non-binary, Venezuelan, so-called “immigrant.” In that case, we could sadly expect 100% Democrat support.

Just remember when the establishment doesn’t like one ruling, they will seek out a favorable judge that will … the bought and paid for Illinois Supreme Court that pritzger funded -we all saw it with the gun and magazine ban tyranny
Here’s to hoping it will be at least a few years before the tyranny reaches Penske truck rentals.

Illinois need to clamp down on the Dems. Everything they do is to protect their power. They only do things for select groups while hurting everyday citizens and driving out businesses

I think the author meant “Rubber Stamp” not “Showdown”
I had the same initial reaction this morning – terrible that the knee jerk is that it’ll go to the Ill. Supreme Court and they will simply go back to the original law, but I have a hard time coming up with examples as to why we shouldn’t feel that way.
Didn’t even know we had a Republican party.
