The man, Marlon Miller, is now detained on felony aggravated battery charges after Judge Peter Gonzalez acknowledged that the electronic monitoring program overseen by the office of the county’s chief judge was “completely unreliable as [Miller] was out and about committing crimes.”
Everybody who wants to know what a disaster the SAFE T Act, call it catch and release, should be reading CWBCHICAGO.COM on a daily basis. The reality is that the criminal element has absolutely no fear of consequences for their actions. It’s simply disgusting that career criminals are unleashed on the citizens to continue terrorizing communities. The democrats who overwhelmingly passed the SAFE T Act simply embrace the criminal element while ignoring victims.
I read CWBChicago at least twice a week, even though I don’t live in Chicago anymore. There are hardly any consequences for criminals who commit violent acts. Victims are left with permanent damage while the violent repeat offender gets only probation or anger management counseling. The lawlessness in Chicago and the corrupt judges literally make me sick.
Refuse to be a powerless victim–support CWB Chicago, vote for Ted Dabrowski, join Chicago Flips Red and/or get out of Chicago and defund this horrible city like Ken Griffin did.

Maybe strong shock collars would be better . In these days of the surveillance state, there is no reason those being monitored couldn’t be picked up by police by the time they get to the corner.

This has gone on for years; and Gonzalez know it! He’s a coward trying to rewrite his own history. This is a trend on the Left, and he’s just following the latest Leftist trend. Sickening.

Looks like a good poster to be plastered everywhere at election time. Don’t forget the other judges, Ortiz being one of them, that also let this pillar of society walk as well. Better yet, vote them all out.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

Our local “news” would be well served if they reported on CWB’s posts every day.
