Judge mostly tosses effort to force IL elections authorities to make voter rolls more accurate – Cook County Record

While the U.S. Supreme Court has declared such voter roll maintenance to be mandatory, U.S. District Judge Sara Ellis agreed the plaintiffs had no legal standing to seek to enforce those provisions.
