A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Judge political hack sure showed him. Does he have to go to bed without his supper?
Judge Fahy is a failure on every level.
There needs to be accountability for these judges and their decisions when those released commit additional crimes.
I suggest eliminating judicial immunity as well as prosecutorial immunity
