Lake County Judge Jorge Ortiz denied Smith & Wesson’s motions to dismiss counts of unfair business practices and negligence but granted a motion to dismiss allegations around deceptive business practices in a 34-page decision.

Don’t forget the alcoholic beverage manufacturers that are guilty of making people overindulge and go drive a car and kill someone in an accident. Make it make sense! Inanimate objects and their makers are completely at fault for the decisions of the people using them. *eye roll*

Railroader, its not just scumbag lawyers, it’s the Plaintiffs, the judges, the juries, the people of Lake County too. If Kyle Rittenhouse was tried in Waukegan rather than Kenosha he’d be spending his life in prison because Lake County is a cesspool of progressive Democrats. Everyone in the system wants to play their part in the theatere, performing the role they are required to play to achieve the progressive outcome. Makes sense. Let’s sue Chrysler for producing Chargers and other muscle cars that are constantly causing accidents and driving recklessly. After, they market those to kids also, right?
