A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

Kwame Raoul made “the work of his life” to put his signature on a class action-style lawsuit to continue inflate the pile of bailout cash for the skim.
