Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. C’mon man! Who didn’t see it coming? Juicy Fruit was supposed to kick off the 2020 BLM love fest. He’s a DNC paid propagandist. They aren’t going to let one of their own assets sit in county.
I have to post on this thread, since it is my namesake, after all.

Interesting that the judge who released him wasn’t identified.
Sad commentary on the Cook County justice system.
The Jussie circus continues.
Not true. 3 IL state appellate judges 2-1 vote to release. Not Cook County. Release judges Hoffman and Cunningham, dissenter Connors.
The deciding vote to release was Hon. Joy Cunningham, a Black female. Conclude what you will.
Thanks, Wally.
Years ago when I was appearing in court the deputy sheriff would call the court to order and announced, “This here branch of the circus court of Cook County in now in session”. Truer words were never spoken.
Yep, no consequences when one breaks the law. One can only hope he loses whatever BS appeal he filed. And, to all of the people who wrote to the judge on his behalf, well, one can only hope you enjoy a dose of karma.
