As far as the CWB article regarding the “real” prosecutors left in the office – help me understand how much success you have had with reducing rates of recidivism… And, don’t diminish the impact of violating the law. Retail theft is wrong. Vandalism is wrong. By not prosecuting these crimes we are essentially communicating that laws have no meaning and there is no consequence for ignoring them.
The more I watch our liberal paradise, the more I am persuaded that liberalism is a disease that aims to kill its host.

This op-ed is a delusional conspiracy theory not too different from something out of A Beautiful Mind. Her piece reads like a high school senior essay. Its nearly incoherent and it jumps all over the place without clearly laying out how she jumps from one point to the next. This poor quality of this op-ed is unbecoming of a lawyer. nixit – the median lsat for admission to southern illinois law school is 149-150. Now lsats are not the be all and end all for their predictive ability to perform as a lawyer, but this median is below the cut level for having some confidence to pass the bar on the first try. Southern IL U Law school is ranked #147-193. There are 197 rankings (assuming the last four are not ranked). This puts SIU into the bottom tier of the four tiers of law schools.
Let’s just say that most downlown Chicago law firms with more than 10 lawyers wouldn’t hire a SIU grad as a law clerk and certainly not as an associate. Southern is so far down the law school prestige list that affirmative action doesn’t even apply – most law firms will reject southern grads regardless of their race.

I’ve said this before: The mere presence of Kim Foxx in office has emboldened the criminal element. Even if she’s doing the things she claims to be doing, criminals view her office as easy on crime and there’s no changing that perception. That ship sailed long ago. Kim Foxx is endangering our lives just by occupying that office.

Her office, by not focusing on non-violent crimes, has destroyed North Michigan Ave. and a number of other shopping areas in Chicago.
Destruction was the point. They’ve outright said it. There’s crime all over the city and it is inequitable that the business district gets all the officers and prosecutorial powers while the rest of the city has high crime.

She claims black female prosecutors across the country are under attack from the “mob mentality”. She also claims that families of black females murdered in this city are still awaiting justice. Well, isn’t it her job to get them justice? Maybe this is why black female prosecutors are under attack, they’re not doing the job they were elected to do.

She says her office doesn’t prioritize non-violent crimes, tell that to the guy facing felony charges for spray painting The Bean.
Kim Foxx is a prime example of racial privilege. She is incompetent and most likely managed her college an law school because of being advanced not on ability but equality. Sometimes people feel compelled to tell you exactly who they are no matter how repugnant that may be. I had a pretty good idea already, but thank Kim for removing all doubt. Guilty is guilty, regardless of your personal agenda. The Sun Times piece is simply ridiculous, and demonstrates why Chicago and Cook County have a violence problem. More crying mothers on the news this week, as they plan to bury innocent children. And the prosecutor worries about her agenda.
