In Foxx’s defense she grew up in the projects so the crimes she’s ignoring are just normal behavior to her. She got all the criminal votes, who are the other dummies that voted for her that thought she was promoting good policy.

Lori is doing the same thing as is the entire black caucus enabling and empowering criminals and refusing to arrest black predators for public rioting Saturday night n Chicago.
