Ask Foxx and Dart about the Tiffany Borre hit and run murder. The owner/driver of the hit and run vehicle is the son of a Cook County Sheriff. Foxx refuses to charge despite overwhelming evidence. Out of curiosity what will the racial makeup be? What are the crimes they committed? Homicides and sex crimes will not qualify for early release so does carjackings/muggings and robberies without a gun count?
