Pure performance art. Noem is a glam cartoon, all dressed up in a uniform she shouldn’t be wearing and without training for staged photo ops. Just on a different side than our buffoon of a governor, doing his own bullshitting from afar. Is Noem helping or in the way? We know the answer about Pritzker.
