In such a target rich environment as corrupt Democrat ruled Illinois, Kwamie somehow never sees any crimes or criminals. How is that? The Feds have to muster up the Democrat wrongdoing. Meanwhile, Kwamie is asleep.

So heads up criminals, home repair fraudsters, unemployment scammers, shady mechanics and tow shops, elder abusers and every other degenerate in between: Crime is legal in Illinois!
