She got elected by lying repeatedly she was a practicing nurse that had to look patients in the eyes and tell them they couldn’t afford medicine. She was never a practicing nurse and never had the chance to look patients in the eyes! Just so typical of Democrats, fake and lie on virtually everything. Post truth reality.

Yup, believe i read she has a degree in nursing, shes not a registered nurse. After getting her nursing degree she went to work for obama campaigns. Thats her world/work experiance. Lib media eats it up

Reading this woman’s perception of the morass in Congress informs me of a central truth: We were in the same theater but we watched completely different movies. If Napervillians don’t kick her to the curb where she belongs, I’ll know just how converged is that place. She’s a dyed in the wool left cultist kook, a democrat’s democrat. Also, Lauren is probably a one-termer to begin within, and voting for impeachment is going to put her out of a job. But she might get an even better, higher paying job as a lobbyist. She may never return to this district again. Another slow trickle of people leaving Illinois…

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. Audio here.
