Hmm, once upon a time Old Joe dated a Certified Nurse Anethestist. This gal was slim, pretty, very smart, articulate, made 80K back when 80K was real money in the late 80’s and was a bit full of herself. She required mucho training and education for the job. Frankly, she had half a pharmacologist degree after all that studying in addition to her RN. Old Joe only was making 60K at that time and she left me for a doctor. Just because there is a shortage of heath care workers doesn’t mean the standards need to be lowered. Here in the USA, a healthcare worker needs to be fluent reading, writing and Speaking English foe safety. Illinois tried hiring nurses from Mexico before and it failed. A lot of these nurses could not pass the licensing exams. Maybe just assign these workers to JB and the Dems
