Lawmakers give small boost to renewable developments, delay broader reform – Capitol News IL

The legislation gives state regulators more authority to balance the budget for a key renewable energy financing tool, partially by shifting financial risk to electric utility customers. It also sets up a study of energy storage technology that is intended to form the basis of a new bill later this year.

I am very leery of ‘scarf women’ – they always seem arrogant and are usually wrong.

The exodus from Illinois will accelerate the longer the extreme progressives are driving public policy. Between the cost of being a sanctuary state and silly green initiatives, the state is on course for disastrous budget deficits. That translates to taxes, and lots of them. Throw in the self enriching public pension time bomb and the writing is on the wall. At least Illinois will have a smaller carbon footprint, which these idiots will celebrate.

Robyn Gabel has my vote for the dumbest, most dishonest and most radically left member of the General Assembly.

Pass the risk to utility customers if there is financial short fall. If Springfield is involved the consumer is screwed just like everything else in this state, screw the consumer for their malfeasance.
