Lawmakers look to ban gambling on arcade games at Dave & Buster’s – WBBM (Chicago)

A bill in the Illinois state legislature was filed on Thursday by state Rep. Daniel Didech that would prohibit the family amusement chain from facilitating wagering on amusement games. Didech is not stopping there, however, as he is also looking to criminalize the activity by amending the Illinois Criminal Code.

I wouldn’t sweat it as the same folks that drove Chuck E Cheese and are driving Applebees out of business have their way, D&Bs will soon be out of business as well.
